  20. How to use TellMe
  21.  
  22. - Double click your icon to start the program.
  23. - Click on the down-arrow to pull down the list of topics,
  24.   then click on a topic to select it.
  25. - Hit TAB to move to the value box (where you specify 
  26.   which record you want to see), then type in the record
  27.   you want. Hit ENTER.
  28. - If you want to see a partial list of available records, 
  29.   hit ENTER in the value box, without typing anything.
  30. - To see a list of all records starting with A, type an A
  31.   in the value box, then hit ENTER. 
  32. - Double click on the record you want to see.
